Sound familiar?

The Spanish immigration maze, in one picture.

  • "There are no appointments at the police station for the next 8 months."
  • "The form rejected my passport, but I don't know why."
  • "My consulate told me to do it in Spain. The Spanish office sent me back to the consulate."
  • "My boss is starting to doubt whether I'll ever get the NIE."

How we help

Three steps. No surprises.

  1. 1

    We map your case

You tell us your situation in 3 minutes via form or chat. We confirm whether we can take it and the right pathway: NIE consular, NIE in Spain, TIE, family reunification, or arraigo.

  2. 2

    We do the paperwork

We monitor appointments daily, fill out the EX-15 form, pay the 790 tax, prepare your supporting documents, and book your slot at the police station.

  3. 3

You walk in with everything ready

You only show up where the law requires it: at the police station for fingerprints. We'll have you ready 100%. Three-step support if anything goes wrong.

Pricing

€89 one-time. Honest pricing.

Frequently asked

Five questions we get every week.

How long does it take to get a NIE?

The bottleneck is the police-station appointment: 2–8 weeks depending on province. Madrid and Barcelona run the longest queues. We monitor daily releases.

How much does it cost?

€89 one-time, all-in. Does not include the official 790 tax (~€12) or your travel to the police station.

Do I need to come to Spain to get a NIE?

Yes, unless you process it through the Spanish consulate in your country of origin. Fingerprints are taken at a Spanish police station.

Does the NIE let me work?

The NIE is an identifier, not a work permit. To work in Spain you also need residency and a work authorisation (unless you're a EU/EEA/Swiss national).

Do I need a valid passport?

Yes, a valid passport is mandatory. If it expires during the procedure, you'll need to renew it before your appointment.
